El Diablo

  • 2 oz reposado tequila

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz creme de cassis

  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

  • Top with ginger beer

 

Combine tequila, lime juice, cassis, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 10-20 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with ginger beer.

Margarita

  • 2 oz tequila

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz orange curacao

  • 1/2 oz agave nectar

Line the rim of a margarita glass with lime juice and salt. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into the prepared glass.

morning haze

  • grenadine

  • 1 1/2 oz mezcal

  • orange juice

 

Add 1/2 to 1 oz of grenadine to the bottom of your glass. Add ice to the top. Add tequila and top with orange juice to create the sunrise effect. Smoke the cocktail with oak chips for taste and to create the hazy effect.

paloma

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila

  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • Club Soda

  • Garnish with grapefruit peel

 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Tequila Sunrise

  • grenadine

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila

  • orange juice

 

Add 1/2 to 1 oz of grenadine to the bottom of your glass. Add ice to the top. Add tequila and top with orange juice to create the sunrise effect.

Tequila Sunrise (1930's version)

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 3/4 oz creme de cassis

  • club soda

 

Add ingredients to your cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into your ice-filled highball glass and top with club soda.
