daiquiri

  • 2 oz rum

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass.

daiquiri (dark)

  • 2 oz  dark rum

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz demerara syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass.

daiquiri (hemingway)

  • 2 oz rum

  • 1/2 oz maraschino liquor

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass.

Mai tai

  • 2 oz rum

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1/4 oz orange curacao

  • 1/4 oz orgeat syrup

  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass with ice.

mojito

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum

  • 8-10 mint leaves

  • club soda

Combine lime juice, simple syrup, and rum cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves and gently muddle to express oils. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Add a mint sprig on top for garnish.
