Annual "Harvest" Wine Dinner,
Each of the past several years, right at harvest
time, Wine World has teamed up with several area farmers and
ranchers to celebrate the goodness of locally produced foods in a "Farm
to Table" themed wine dinner.
This year's event is planned for Friday evening,
September 19th, and we will once again be working with our friends at
the Vandiver Inn.
This is one of the very few venues we have found that
offers us the creative freedom to present the dinners according to what
we want, rather than what the chef knows how to cook. That's the
difference Chef Susan Muldoon brings to these events, and it's her
abilities that keep us coming back!
This year, Chef Susan will present her unique
versions of Thai crab, crispy duck spring roll, tobacco leaf wrapped
striped bass, herbed lamb chops, farm fresh produce, locally made
cheeses, and more! And all of this bounty is from local
