americano

  • 2 oz sweet vermouth

  • 2 oz Campari

  • 4 oz club soda

Combine all ingredients in a rock glass or highball glass over ice. 

bee's knees

  • 2 oz gin

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz honey syrup

 

Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Boulevardier

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz bourbon whiskey

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a rock glass over ice. 

daiquiri

  • 2 oz rum

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a coup glass.

Gimlet

  • 2 oz gin

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • sparkling wine

 

Shake with ice. Strain into a Highball glass with ice.

Manhattan

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 2 oz rye whiskey

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Mint julep

  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • 6-10 mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves lightly in the bottom of a julep tin or rock glass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir with ice.

mojito

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum

  • 8-10 mint leaves

  • club soda

Combine lime juice, simple syrup, and rum cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves and gently muddle to express oils. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Add a mint sprig on top for garnish.

Negroni

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz gin

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a rock glass over ice. 

Tequila Sunrise (1930's version)

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 3/4 oz creme de cassis

  • club soda

 

Add ingredients to your cocktail shaker. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into your ice-filled highball glass and top with club soda. 

tom collins

  • 2 oz gin

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • club soda

 

Shake with ice. Strain into a Highball glass with ice and top with club soda.

whiskey smash

  • lemon, quartered

  • 6-8 mint leaves

  • 6-10 mint leaves

  • 2 oz Jack Daniel's

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

Muddle mint leaves and lemon wedges lightly in the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. Dump the entire contents of the shaker into a rock glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
