Event Planning Form

-Is there a delivery charge?
    $75 flat rate (per trip) within the first 20 miles. Each mile thereafter is $.59.

     -Delivery times must be finalized 14 days before the event otherwise we cannot guarantee to accommodate your new time

-Can I return an unopened product?
     You may return unopened bottles of wine and spirits, as well as unopened CASES of beer. You may not return perishable items non-alcoholic products, or special order items.

-Is there a charge for ice?
     Ice is subject to a surcharge of $.10 per bag, if the quantity exceeds 20 bags

-Is there a deposit fee?
     A $100 non-refundable deposit is due 7 days from initial quote. This secures the date and time of your event, and will be applied to final balance upon payment. The $100 is nonrefundable for orders that are canceled or unpaid. 

-Does my deposit secure my price quote?
     Prices are subject to change. Initial mock-quote is an estimate only. Final quote will be provided 30 days prior to the event. Prices are locked within those 30 days.

-When is the final payment due?
       Final payment, less $100 deposit will be due 30 days, prior to the event, after the final quote is provided.
